A MISSING person appeal has been put out for 25-year-old Barnstaple woman, who may be living in a tentGeorgina Howen's family were said to be "very worried" about her and police have concerns for her welfare, according to a police spokesman. She was believed to be somewhere in the town.The last time she was seen was September 20, 2015.
