A PROPOSAL to build a "flagship development" in Westward Ho! has been deferred by Torridge District Council.Full planning permission was sought by developers Acorn Blue for 14 homes at Pebblebridge Road and was discussed at this morning's plans meeting.The majority of councillors agreed with the proposal in principle, but asked developers to come back with adapted designs, to be "more in keeping with the area".
