A PAINTING by renowned romantic artist William Blake is set to leave North Devon for the first time in nearly 200 years.It comes after the National Trust agreed to loan the painting, entitled The Sea Of Time And Space, to the Royal Albert Memorial Museum in Exeter for the winter months.The painting was discovered after the charity purchased Arlington Court in 1949, and has remained at the home ever since – alongside more than 5,000 items ranging from model boats the size of a 10 pence...
