VIDEO has emerged of a dramatic helicopter rescue after an injured woman was winched to safety off the Devon coast.The coastguard rescue helicopter rescued the woman from rocks in Torquay and flew her to hospital for medical treatment.
The alarm was sounded after a jogger reported hearing cries for help shortly after 2pm on Thursday.
