TORRIDGE MP Geoffrey Cox has launched a petition calling for action on the area's potholed roads.Mr Cox's petition will be presented to the House of Commons in November.In the pre-amble to the petition Mr Cox acknowledges there have been commitments to improving some of North Devon's major routes, such as the A361 Link Road.He does however believe the more rural roads and country lanes "have been allowed to fall into a state of serious disrepair."Mr Cox said: "The petition...
