A DRIVER has been reported for having two unsafe tyres after his car crashed rolled over and into a ditch this afternoon.Police, ambulance and fire crews went to the A388 near Newton St Petrock at 12.20pm today and found a Honda Civic had rolled over and was half in a ditch and half in the road.It happened near East Putford Road, Downmoor Cross.The road was blocked but has since reopened, said Devon and Cornwall Police Force spokesman, Steve Grant.The driver was said to be uninjured after a...
