ESSENTIAL work is planned on the traffic signals at the junction of Braunton Road, Fairview, Rolle Street and Pottington Road in Barnstaple next month.The Devon County Council scheme is due to start on Monday, November 9 and is expected to be completed on Friday, November 27.Traffic signals, poles and electrics, which are at the end of their serviceable life, will be replaced in addition to repairs to cable ducting where required.
