AN Exeter man has appeared in court charged with raping a woman in Barnstaple.Christopher Puxley, of Doriam Close, appeared at North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday.The 32-year-old entered no plea.The offence allegedly took place on October 12 in the town.The was deemed too serious to be dealt with in magistrates court and was sent to Exeter Crown Court to be heard on November 20.
