TRAFFIC has been brought to a standstill in Woolacombe after a van escorting a wide load through the village was involved in a crash.The van and a car were involved in the collision on the B3343 near Springfield Road at 11.41am.Due to the wide load being escorted the road has been blocked and drivers are being advised to avoid the area.Police are currently at the scene and have confirmed that no injuries have been suffered.
