PREMIER Inn will be coming to Ilfracombe after plans to develop the site of the former Colossus Nightclub were approved.The £5 million scheme to build a 66-bedroom hotel on the site was given the seal of approval in a delegated decision by North Devon Council last week.In total, the development will include 32 three-person bedrooms, 30 four-person bedrooms and four wheelchair accessible bedrooms.
