A WESTWARD Ho! man is due in court today charged in connection with a sexual assault on a train between Taunton and Exeter. Christopher Colby, of Atlantic Way, was arrested on September 23 after a woman reported being touched inappropriately on July 15. The 36-year-old civil servant was charged on November 4 with one count of sexual assault and is due to appear before Exeter Magistrates' Court later on today.
