A DRUG gang which builds cannabis factories in homes across the country may have returned to Devon after a three-year absence.Police in Plymouth carried out a Misuse of Drugs Act warrant at a property in Dixon Place at around 9am on Monday.Once inside officers found a total of 406 cannabis plants – with a growing operation capable of producing £600,000 worth of drugs each year.
