LIKE most seven-year-olds, Hope Baker loves dressing up and riding her bike. She's also got the magic touch for growing tasty vegetables.In her raised garden, said by her mum Clare to be not much bigger than a six-seater dining table, Hope grew a colourful crop of yellow and green courgettes, golden and purple beetroot, corn cobs, dwarf beans, cauliflowers and lettuce.
