A FORMER landlord from outside North Devon has criticised the area's pubs for having a "disappointing" choice of beer.
Having recently moved to the area the former publican, who wished to remain nameless, believes pubs focus too much on local beers and not enough on a good selection.
However, local landlords strongly disagree with his view that the area's pubs are "unimaginative".
