TWO teenagers and a 23-year-old man have been charged with arson and allegedly intending to endanger the life of a homeless man.
Adam Scott, of no fixed abode, was jointly charged with two youths, who cannot be named for legal reasons.
The trio appeared in custody at North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday.
