A CARER has admitted stealing thousands of pounds from a vulnerable dementia patient who she was looking after.
Lucy Elston was caring for patient Vera Humphries at her home in North Devon when she stole at least £30,000, Exeter Crown Court was told.
Elston, aged 41, of Margrove Terrace, Barnstaple , admitted stealing money from Mrs Humphries between July 1, 2012 and July 1, 2015.
