*BOTH crash sites have now been cleared
EARLY reports are coming in of two car crashes in Barnstaple.
At 1.11pm a crash was reporter on the roundabout Belle Meadow Road near A39 Eastern Avenue / Victoria Road / Victoria Street. The road may be partially blocked.
BBC Travel South West is reporting an accident on High Street near Butchers Row.
