A FATHER has admitted harassing his former partner after she allegedly prevented him from seeing their child, a court has heard.
Mark Snell, pleaded guilty to one charge of harassment during a hearing at North Devon Magistrates' Court on December 29.
The 30-year-old of Dune View Road, Braunton, carried out the offence between November 29 and December 2 – sending 22 unwanted text messages and making nine phone calls to his former partner.
