NOT that this would ever happen in North Devon - but one school in the North East has asked parents not to wear pyjamas at the morning drop-off.
The headteacher at Skerne Park Academy, in Darlington, wrote to all parents with the request that they "dress appropriately in day wear".
Kate Chisholm wrote the letter after parents had apparently been turning up to school in pyjamas and slippers.
Some even attended assemblies and meetings in nightwear.
