A PIAZZA and a central park will form integral parts of a new housing development in the centre of Barnstaple.
North Devon Homes is building 172 houses at Anchorwood Bank, which will also include an Asda store and a new leisure and retail complex.
A reserved matters application has been submitted to North Devon Council to build the homes, and work to raise the ground level of the housing part of the site will begin in April 2016, followed by building work starting in November 2016.
