A MAN is recovering in hospital after falling 40ft from the overpass of a busy Devon road.Police were called to Shillingford Road, Alphington, at 6am following concerns for a 22-year-old man, who had been spotted on the overpass of the A30. Officers discovered the young man on the wrong side of the railings on the bridge.
