A MOTORIST has appeared in court after a fleeing the scene of a car crash in Bideford.
David Taylor of Well Street, Torrington, appeared before North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday.
Taylor, 29, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, failing to stop after a road collision and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.
The court heard that the incident took place on January 15 on Gammaton Road in Bideford.
