Devon police officers say they have been left "disappointed" after the Government quietly delayed its legal high ban.
The Psychoactive Substances Act was set to come into effect on April 6, making it an offence to produce, supply or offer to supply any psychoactive substance, with offenders facing up to 12 months and/or a fine if convicted at Magistrates Court and up to two years if convicted at Crown Court.
