POLICE are investigating a burglary at a Braunton home where several war medals, jewellery and cash were taken while the owners were on holiday.
The offenders smashed through the back door to get inside the property in Heddon Mill sometime between 9.30am on Saturday March, 26 and 00.30am on Monday, April 4.
Devon and Cornwall Police said the offenders searched the property before stealing £645 in cash, various items of jewellery and a number of irreplaceable medals.
