A FAVOUR for a friend ended up in a criminal record after a North Devon cannabis user was caught with the drug.
Ashley Wyborn, 22, of Coronation Terrace, Ilfracombe, was stopped by police as he was carrying a large TV late at night on February 6.
Although Wyborn was only helping a friend move home, Lyndsey Baker, for the prosecution, told North Devon Magistrates' Court that officers discovered 1.91 grams of cannabis during a subsequent search.
