A SHIRWELL man who twice broke the record for the highest-priced ram and was shot in both legs has celebrated his 102nd birthday.
George Kingdon, who has lived in North Devon his whole life, celebrated his big day on April 11 at Pilton House Care Home surrounded by friends and family.
Speaking of reaching the grand age of 102, George simply said: "Age carries on".
