Essential sewer works near the Heywood roundabout in Bideford are causing big tailbacks.
Eyewitnesses have reported that half of the A386 Heywood Road is closed due to "sewer essential works" with temporary traffic lights causing tailbacks from the roundabout past Morrisons supermarket.
