PLANS are all set for a festival in memory of a Barnstaple teenager who would have been celebrating her 18th birthday this year.
Katie Gammon suffered from cystic fibrosis and underwent a double lung transplant in 2013, but tragically died last August shortly after her 17th birthday.
She would have turned 18 on August 20, a day before The Breathe Festival is set to take place on Sunday, August 21 at Barnstaple Pannier Market.
