A WOMAN chose an unusual way to make sure her partner is with her at all times - by having his ashes tattooed into her skin.
Emma West's partner, Neal Edmonds, was 42 when he died in a tragic accident while on board HMS Bulwark at Devonport Naval Base on June 11 last year.
