MAGISTRATES sent a South Molton drink-driver to jail after he breached his suspended sentence just five days before it was due to end.
Dean John Richards, 56, of Venford Villas, appeared before North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday.
He pleaded guilty to drink-driving and using a motor vehicle without third party insurance.
