A FORMER Parkham Hotel will soon be pulled down to make way for 21 new homes.
The planning application from Penhaven Residential will turn the now unused Penhaven Country House Hotel and its grounds into housing.
It was approved by councillors at Torridge District Council's Plans Committee, held on Thursday, May 12.
The application was approved but councillors but many were concerned about access to the site, especially at the entrance where the road narrows between two pillars.
