The magical moment a baby delivers itself by wriggling out of the womb into the world has been shared by a Devon mother.
Sarah Saunders underwent a "natural caesarean" and described it as "the next best thing" to a natural birth.
She posted her video, which shows the moment doctors cut into her tummy and opened up a pathway for her baby boy to make his own way out of her womb, on YouTube.
