A TAXI driver fiddled £30,000 in housing benefits by failing to tell officials he was moonlighting with a coach company. Michael Dinnicombe filled in a series of forms in which he failed to declare his second income or a business bank account which it was paid into. North Devon Council overpaid him a total of £30,246.86 between 2008 and 2011 but he has been able to repay much of the money in the five years it has taken for the case to be dealt with at Exeter Crown Court.READ NEXT:...
