AN RNLI crew rescued 11 people after a river taxi boat ran aground.Volunteers lifeboat crew members from Exmouth RNLI were called to the river Exe at Bull Hill, near Starcross, at 10.35pm on Friday.The crew of the Exmouth inshore lifeboat George Bearman assisted 10 ferry passengers and the skipper in light rain and in the dark.Scott Ranft, who helmed the lifeboat, said the crew had to make more than one trip to rescue everybody.MORE NEWS: Surfers and paddleboarders rescued from North Devon...
