DESPITE criticism an embattled Bideford School is pushing on with measures to become "the truly outstanding college the community deserves".
New behaviour, and uniform policies have already been introduced and a new house system is in development at Bideford College.
The college was placed into special measures in January 2015 after Ofsted reported standards had fallen further since its previous inspection in 2013 when the school was told it required improvement.
