There are reports of an incident affecting traffic near Torrington.
At 11.32am this morning, Devon and Cornwall Police reported that there had been an incident on the A3124 heading towards Winkleigh. It is said to have taken place between Butcher's Moor Lane and Torrington Road.
Traffic is said to be affected in both directions, and the road is understood to be partially blocked.
1.53pm UPDATE: Traffic returned to normal and incident cleared.
