THE number of road traffic incidents involving cyclists in North Devon has increased in the past year, according to police figures.Officers from Devon and Cornwall police have been called to 138 cycling related road traffic incidents since April 2010, with 38 of these being reported between April 2014 and February 2015.Over the five-year period most of the incidents (70) took place in Barnstaple, with 38 reported in the North Devon policing area and 30 in the Torridge policing area.Most of the...
