Parts of Barnstaple are experiencing power cuts today, with other areas of the town also suffering from intermittent power outages.
The EX32 part of town has experienced power cuts this lunchtime, with areas such as Newport said to be affected.
Western Power Distribution said it was aware of the cuts, with a spokesman adding that all power should be restored by around 2.30pm.
