NORTH Devon is at the centre of an "absolute scandal" when it comes to children's mental health services, the county's Liberal Democrats have claimed.
It comes after figures released to the party by Devon County Council showed that nearly a quarter of children were being forced to wait more than more than the Government's target of 18 weeks for treatment.
As of last week, in Devon there were 636 children waiting for mental health treatment, with 157 of those having already waited...
