Two lanes were closed on the M5 near Exeter this morning following a vehicle fire.Traffic heading Taunton bound between J29 and J28 at Cullompton was said to be queuing and slow moving.The vehicle was moved on to the hard shoulder and all lanes were re-opened 10:05am.READ MORE: Do you know the A361 Link Road is due to be closed this week?
