VISITORS to a popular Barnstaple pub have been left amazed after a £1 million transformation of the building.
The Cedars in Barnstaple reopened last week after completing a major refurbishment of its bar and restaurant area.
The building was closed for just over a fortnight while teams added "a sparkle" to the public facilities, and transformed the kitchen and behind-the-scenes work areas.
