POLICE are hunting a cruel fraudster who twice lied that his partner had cancer to get money from unsuspecting victims.Career conman Stephen Davey, aged 43, later falsely told a victim he needed to borrow £2,000 for a funeral for his mother.Davey spun a complex web of deceit that also included a string of frauds where he offered fans Premier League football tickets.He had denied ten offences of fraud but was found guilty at a trial in his absence at Plymouth Crown Court.Former city...
