Devon and Cornwall Police are seeking the public's help to trace two men wanted for recall to prison.James Rennie, 37, was originally charged with burglary of dwelling offences in 2015.He is currently wanted having been recalled to prison for breach of license conditions.Numerous inquiries have been made by police to locate and arrest him.He is described as white, 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build with brown receding hair and a Scottish accent.He was last seen wearing a black jacket, red long sleeved...
