A van driver has been caught on camera pulling up alongside a woman to hand over his phone number - while driving at 70mph on the M5.The video shows the driver winding down his window to hand over his business car to an 18-year-old in a car in the next lane.Sophie Becks, 18, filmed the scene in her friend Chelsea Wallace's car.Sophie said they were driving near Exeter when the brief encounter happened.She said: "[The van] overtook us twice and then slowed so we had to overtake it as well....
