A drink-driver refused to take a breath test after a "foolish" decision to drive home after a night out in Barnstaple.
Daniel Churchill, 31, from Torquay, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for analysis when requested by police officers in North Devon on October 24.
Churchill appeared at North Devon Magistrates' Court on Friday, November 11, and informed the court he had changed his surname by deed poll from Scott-Cummings to Churchill.
