HEROIC firefighters have rescued a woman from her Bideford home after flames engulfed the flat's kitchen.Crews from Bideford, Torrington and Barnstaple were sent to the property in Park Lane shortly after 10am on Friday following reports at the apartment complex.Ambulance crews were also called to the scene after it was reported that the owner was flat was trapped within the building.At the scene firefighters discovered smoke billowing out of the building and forced their way into the flat...
