A WOMAN charged with having sex in front of a park full of bystanders failed to turn up to court for sentencing.
Gemma Pinkerton, 24, was due at Plymouth Magistrates on Friday but did not attend, resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest.
Pinkerton, along with Darren Carter-Moore, 27, was caught having sex in front of witness in Devonport Park on July 30, which she has admitted.
