A CRASH between two cars on a North Devon road may be causing slow traffic in the area.The crash between a silver Renault and orange Toyota on the B3227 near South Molton happened at around 1pm.Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman Bill Pascoe said there were only minor injuries suffered and disruption to traffic was minimal.
