A 21-year-old woman reported missing from Westward Ho! earlier today has been found by police.Devon and Cornwall Police officers were concerned for the welfare of Leah Veasey, who had last made contact with friends and family this morning, and launched a missing person search. A retrospective planning application for a conservatory has been submitted to North Devon Council by the leader's wife, Dawn Brailey.
