CARP sport has slowed with the recent drop in temperature, although I suspect sport will improve as conditions stabilise or if the wind swings to a milder southerly direction. At Furzebray Lakes, Ben May landed a fine brace of carp scaling 29lb 8oz and 28lb. His brother, Matt, also landed a fine fish of 28lb 10oz.
